Uncle Sam Monologue By Allen Moore This monologue was originally written for and performed at South Side Assembly of God for the Independence day service, 2000. It was subsequently revised and performed at West County Assembly for the Independence day service, 2004. The monologue was written to include up to five songs, performed live or via a tape, which are inserted in throughout the monologue. Also, during the songs, PowerPoint slides were used together with the music. At both performances, the monologue was preceded by a singing of The Star-Spangled Banner. The first song used during the monologue was an Armed Forces Salute. The script that is available next used recording of God Bless the USA followed by We Want America Back and Carman's God In America Again. The script may be provided in a hard copy or .pdf format for $10. Royalties per performance are $10 and must be paid at least one week prior to the scheduled performance. Arrangements to pay for the script and/or the royalties via PayPal can be made by emailing allen@akirpublishing.com. A short excerpt of the script can be viewed here. |
